Everything you need to know about NavyXo

NavyXo uses advanced machine learning to analyze data from your smartphone's accelerometer and gyroscope in real-time. When a potential incident is detected, a countdown begins based on your chosen escalation profile (Fast: 30s, Normal: 60s, Slow: 90s). If you don't cancel within this time, emergency alerts are automatically sent to your contacts.
NavyXo is optimized for minimal battery consumption. Typically, it uses 3-5% of your battery per hour while actively tracking. The app uses efficient background processing and only activates high-precision tracking when needed.
NavyXo continues to work offline, storing your ride data and location locally. Once you regain connectivity, the app automatically syncs all data to the cloud. Additionally, during every ride, NavyXo continuously monitors your location. If no location data is received for 5 minutes, a soft incident is triggered and your emergency contacts are notified that you may be unresponsive. If your location resumes (2 consecutive updates), the soft incident is automatically resolved and contacts receive a notification that you're safe. However, if no location data is received for 15 minutes total, the soft incident escalates to a full emergency incident with complete notification escalation.
Free users can add 1 emergency contact with email notifications only. Premium users can add up to 5 contacts and choose from all available notification channels (SMS, Voice Call, WhatsApp, Signal, Email, Push) for each contact individually.
Free users have access to email notifications. Premium users unlock all channels: SMS, automated Voice Calls (text-to-speech), WhatsApp messages, Signal messages, Email, and Push notifications. You can configure different channels for each contact based on their preferences.
You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from the app settings or your account page. After cancellation, you'll retain Premium features until the end of your billing period, then revert to the Free plan.
We store your account information, emergency contacts, ride history (including routes and statistics), and incident records. All data is encrypted and stored securely. You can export or delete your data anytime from your account settings. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Yes, NavyXo records your speed as part of ride tracking to provide you with ride statistics and improve fall detection accuracy. This data is stored in your private ride history and is never shared. You can view your speed data in ride summaries and delete individual rides anytime.
When you start a ride, you can generate a unique share code that allows specific people to follow your location in real-time via a web link. Only those with the code can see your location. The share code expires automatically when you end the ride, and you can revoke access anytime.
Yes! Premium users can export their ride history as GPX files compatible with other apps and GPS devices. You can also import GPX routes to follow planned paths. This feature is available in the Routes section of the app.
NavyXo works globally. Fall detection and GPS tracking function anywhere with a smartphone. Emergency notifications via email and push work worldwide. SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp notifications are available in most countries.
